The Office of Inclusive Excellence, led by Chief Diversity Officer Robin Kelley, oversees services, functions, and initiatives that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion at ÌÇÐÄÊÓƵ University. The Office’s responsibilities include implementation of a comprehensive Inclusive Excellence Strategic Plan and oversight of Title IX, bias reports and response, and coordination of and monitoring the university’s efforts towards building a culture of equity, inclusion, and belonging. We recognize that an institution's success is dependent on how well it values, engages, and includes a rich diversity of students, staff, faculty, administrators, and alumni in its community.
